4th June, HTC One XL Available for Pre-order

Seems like the Australian mobile carrier Telstra is beefing up its  LTE-phone catalog.

Right after bringing in the HTC Titan 4G Windows phone,  Telstra is now offering the HTC One XL up for pre-order on its website. The One XL is the LTE version of the  HTC One X, one of the best smartphone released this year, and some say (S3 fans, cover your ears), the absolute best.

Telstra is trying to make the launch of the One XL more enticing by offering a free pair of Beats Solo headphones. However, to snag the headphones, you will need to get the HTC One XL through the carrier’s Freedom Connect Plan for 24 months. The headphones are valued at $279, so this appears to be a very sweet deal, especially if you love listening to music through your smartphone.

For our friends down under interested in the HTC One XL, be aware that this device features a S4 dual-core 1.5GHz processor (not Tegra 3 because this is an LTE device), a 8MP camera with rapid-fire continuous shooting, a 1.3MP front-facing camera, a beautiful 4.7-inch HD display, 32GB internal memory, Bluetooth 4.0, a 1800 mAh battery, and of course 4G network connectivity. To wrap up, Telstra wants you to know that you must place your pre-order before midnight of June 4, 2012. But if I were you, I wouldn’t wait until June, since Telstra might pull off the pre-order as soon as stocks are depleted.Telstra is scheduled to ship pre-orders starting June 1. Let us know how you like your new phone!
