Indian Android lovers have one more reason to be happy, as Motorola is launching its hottest current smartphone, the RAZR Maxx, in the Indian market very soon.
Infibeam will be the first online store to sell the handset at a price tag of INR 31,999. According to the online retailer, the Kevlar-clad device will be released for shipping from June 24 onward.
The dual-core 1.2 Ghz processor and the 1GB RAM make the Motorola RAZR Maxx the ideal device for multi-taskers and road warriors. Currently coming with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), the device is upgradeable to Android 4.0.3 ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich). With an internal storage capacity of 16 GB and a 16 GB microSD card pre-installed (expandable up to 32 GB), users can store a respectable amount of music, videos, images, and other content.
The phone has an 8 MP primary camera with 8x digital zoom that can shoot 720 pixel quality HD videos at 30fps, and a 1.3 MP front-facing camera with advanced features like touch-focus, geo-tagging, face detection and image stabilization. But above all, the RAZR Maxx boasts a massive 3300 mAh Li-Ion battery that offers 21.5 hours of talk time and up to 380 hours of standby, the longest among any 4G smartphone available at the moment. Impressive!
In the Indian market, where power is not exactly reliable, the Motorola Razr Maxx has been one of the most awaited handsets. Check out the full specifications here. Leaving you with a few questions: Are you ready to pre-order the Motorola RAZR Maxx? Is the pricing right for the Indian market, given the features?
